AR Industrie Alimentari S.p.A.can gurantee the tracking and the tracing of the product, in a market always more evolved, where the transparency and the fullness of the informations are other reasons of success.
The tracking, is the process that follows the product in all its phases (from raw material to the consumer), so that for every one of these phases, it leaves the suitable traces (informations).
The tracing, is the process thanks to all the informations previously released are collected.
The relation between these two processes is called traceability of the product.
The informations of "traceability" are printed on the cases in shape of alphanumerical code, a sequence of letters and numbers where every letter and number has an exact meaning. The alphanumerical code is very important, because it assures the origin of what is sold.
AR traceability process brings many advantages, because it reinforces the quality of its products in the global market, thanks to strict rules about the guarantees in the agroalimentary field, and because it allows the consumers fidelity thanks to the transparency of the information.
The European Community starting from the 1st of January 2005 introduced some compulsory indications about the origin of the products and about who attended the single phases of the production.
